Sync documents to and from your remote file server via SFTP.
SFTP, which stands for SSH File Transfer Protocol or Secure File Transfer Protocol, provides a secure method for transferring files over a network. It builds on the Secure Shell (SSH) protocol, ensuring that data is encrypted during transmission, thereby enhancing security against potential interceptions or eavesdropping. SFTP is commonly used for secure file transfer operations between local and remote systems.
SFTP offers enhanced security through encrypted file transfers, ensuring data is protected during transit. It allows for secure authentication, supports large file transfers efficiently, and maintains file integrity by checking for errors. SFTP is also firewall-friendly and can be used across different platforms, making it a versatile solution for secure file transfer needs.
Before using SFTP, consider the security requirements for file transfers, the size and volume of files to be transferred, compatibility with existing systems, and the potential need for automation or integration with other applications. Also, assess the technical expertise available for setup and ongoing maintenance.
Navigate to the Feathery form that you want to connect via SFTP. Click on the Integrations tab.
Open the SFTP integration and configure your file server information along with the destination folder path you'd like files to be uploaded to.
Click Connect. Your integration is now live and ready to go!
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the
"When inside of" nested selector
system.
