Create or update standard and custom Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central records based on your form submissions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software applications. It integrates data and processes across business units, including sales, finance, operations, and customer service, offering cloud-based solutions to streamline business operations and improve customer engagement.
Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 can streamline business processes across various departments, enhance customer engagement through better insights, improve decision-making with integrated data and analytics, and provide flexibility with customizable solutions tailored to specific business needs. It also offers scalability to grow with your business and integration capabilities with other Microsoft products and services.
When evaluating Microsoft Dynamics 365, consider the specific business needs and processes that require support, the scalability and flexibility of the solution to grow with your business, integration capabilities with existing systems and third-party applications, the total cost of ownership including licensing and implementation, and the level of support and training resources available from Microsoft and its partners.

Choose which records you'd like your Feathery form data to map to and whether they should be created, updated, or both.
Map your Feathery fields to the corresponding Dynamics 365 record fields that you want them to populate.
Click Connect. Your integration is now live and ready to go!
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the
"When inside of" nested selector
system.
