Seamlessly enrich Feathery form submissions with Chimnie’s property intelligence data to support more accurate and efficient underwriting. Chimnie provides real-time insights into residential and commercial properties—helping insurers make informed risk decisions from the moment a form is submitted.
Chimnie is a property data intelligence platform that collects and analyzes detailed information about buildings and addresses across the UK and other regions. It provides insurers with contextual data such as property age, construction type, usage, renovation history, and more. By integrating Chimnie with Feathery, underwriters can access a richer, data-driven view of a property at the very start of the submission process.
Integrating Chimnie with Feathery allows for:
Before integrating Chimnie, ensure your team understands how its data aligns with your underwriting criteria. Chimnie’s API provides structured property datasets, which will need to be mapped correctly to your Feathery form fields. Consider data licensing terms, region-specific availability, and whether the scope of data (e.g., UK-specific property features) meets your operational needs. Collaboration between your underwriting and tech teams may be required for implementation.
Navigate to the Feathery form you want to connect to Chimnie. Click on the Integrations tab.
Authorize your Chimnie account using your API key or developer credentials.
Choose which Chimnie property data points (e.g. property age, renovation status, roof type) you’d like to use within your form or workflow.
Map the relevant Feathery fields to Chimnie’s data fields.
Click Connect. Your integration is now live and ready to deliver property intelligence at the point of entry.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the

system.
