Use cases include submission intake for underwriting, client onboarding & custodial account openings, loan origination, patient intake, and more. Having 6x'ed revenue each year over the past 2 years, we're growing fast and are looking to expand our go-to-market team.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated mid market account executive with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding sales team. You'll be full-cycle, both sourcing your own prospects as well as working with a pipeline of inbound and referred prospects.

As an early team member, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, drive business revenue, and meaningfully shape our product, all while having a blast doing it! We are a remote company that meets on-site regularly.

Beyond your work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Attend conferences for our key verticals of Insurance, Wealth Management, and Lending
  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Feathery
  • Qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for Feathery
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can build better client onboarding and servicing experiences with Feathery
  • Experiment with different audiences, messaging, and channels to generate enterprise opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our product/service
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Learn about our product inside and out and be able to give demos customized to the needs of different personas
  • Collaborate and influence on performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovation when working with cross-functional partners

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer
  • Experience with financial services and an existing network are a plus
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles
  • You have experience selling SaaS in $10k-$100k ARR deals.
  • A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
  • A tireless positive attitude with strong grit, especially when navigating unchartered territories
  • A love for getting to know new people and helping them solve their business problems
  • You are energized to be part of the building phase for the revenue team in a hyper growth company

OTE Range:

$90,000 - $130,000 USD
